WASHINGTON, DC – Iranian government officials – yes, they’re still alive – announced this week that they’ll be constructing a museum on the site of the girls’ school that was bombed by Donald Trump, the murderer of nine times the number of children killed at Sandy Hook.

All told, 168 girls and 26 teachers at the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School were killed with a single American Tomahawk missile, the stand-in for an AR-15, with the former host of the Celebrity Apprentice as the mass shooter.

Secondary to the death toll will surely be more death, but this time in the form of revenge against the United States and its allies. The museum will be a permanent reminder to generations of Iranians – immortalizing the faces of those 168 girls, forever young, stirring a degree of anguish many of us can barely comprehend.
