Rush’s Neil Peart Saved My Life

As a Rush enthusiast until the end — and especially as a great admirer of all things Neil Peart, I’m grateful to have been... touched by the gods.

WASHINGTON, DC -- As many of you are aware by now, Neil Peart, the world renown drummer with multi-platinum selling Canadian rock band, Rush, died on January 7, 2020 from an aggressive form of brain cancer. 

For those of you who’ve only tangentially heard of Rush and Neil Peart, here’s some of what all the fuss is about. And, not to get ahead…
