WASHINGTON, DC – This is one of those times when I probably won’t make any friends due to what I’m about to write, but it needs to be said anyway.
For nearly eight years, we’ve been waiting, fighting for, and generally demanding that Donald Trump be held accountable for his crimes. This week, he was finally arrested and arraigned in Manhattan criminal court for his alleged scheme to falsify business documents with the intent to commit other crimes such as tax fraud.
And thank goodness for it.
