Podcasters like Michael Knowles are crapping out new forms of anti-democracy zealotry every day, and no – ignoring them won’t make them disappear.

WASHINGTON, DC – You probably don’t know who Michael Knowles is. Other than seeing the avatar for his podcast on Apple, I confess that I didn’t know who he was until recently. In short, Knowles hosts a podcast on Ben Shapiro’s Daily Wire network of shows, which also includes Candace Owens, Matt Walsh, Jordan Peterson, and Shapiro’s own show.
Writing about these people is one of those damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don’t situations. No, I’m not interested in giving Knowles more attention. However, his show is ranked in the top 25 on Apple Podcasts News & Politics, and he somehow accumulated nearly 900,000 followers on Twitter (I verified most are real). In other words, he’s already famous – considerably more famous than I am, which, by the way, makes sense since no one ever went broke pandering to the slackjawed bigotry of suckers.
