Congress just voted to ban the Chinese social media giant TikTok. This is huge news that could have enormous consequences for the country.

WASHINGTON, DC – This week, Congress voted to effectively ban TikTok inside the United States. There’s a more detailed explanation of the bill, which I’ll get to momentarily, but the vote in the House was bipartisan and, as of this writing, the legislation is heading to the Senate. Suffice to say, I have mixed feelings about this move.
