Hello Ben.. I have a recipe from a genius herbalist doctor that will boost your iron levels in no time natuarally using only this one organic herb/root. It worked for a friend of mine who ended up like you. It's easy, very safe, efficiently effective and should not take too long to feel the reults. You can make it yourself. I am willing to send you the recipe on how to do so. You have my email on my account. Take good care! angela
Not sure what XJC is on about, but many years ago after a pregnancy, I was diagnosed with anemia, although not as serious as you, I did have to eat red meat and iron rich foods to bring the values back to normal. Listen to tor doctor and know that in time you will be back to normal. Best of luck!!
Terrible advice, misdirected self-care and no diagnosis of the underlying cause ("anemia" is a symptom, not a diagnosis): modern medicine at its finest.

It may take a while but from my very similar experience the progress is steady. Hang in there
Hope you fell better soon!

I'm just glad you were able to find out what it was in time to be able to reverse it, Ben! My best wishes for a recovery that's faster than the usual.

I’m not sure what you mean. I have iron deficiency anemia diagnosed by three separate doctors, all of whom recommended iron supplements and red meat.
