After listening to your podcast for a while now, I must wonder what Republicans eat that makes them so vicious and nasty overall? Someone should do a study on this. Maybe it would be helpful in the long run. As for the ongoing debate about what Donald Trump is doing about running for president again in 2024, I would agree with Bob who said something to the effect that he's running away from being indicted. This is all that's motivating him; his droopy, sagging performance during his tired 60-minute reading from a Teleprompter bored those who were actually held captive and were forced to listen to him.
Since you probably broadcast this segment before Merrick Garland's most recent announcement about appointing a special counsel to continue probing Trump's myriad investigations, what must you feel about this? Is this another delay tactic on Garland's behalf or not?
I agree with Justin who said that he thinks "DeSant-ASS" will run in 2024. I heard that he called his most formidable Republican opponent a "moron" already, so the fangs are out already. I would hope then that the race will morph into a "war between two scaly monsters" that will implode the Republican Party but good. Let's hope so for the continued preservation of our democracy.
