Ben Cohen, like Joe Biden, doesn't get the transcendent importance of the Palestinian quest for liberation. Unlike sclerotic Americans, younger Americans get it; they get that in the 21st century, 20th century politics are misbegotten, weak, and unattractive. Joe Biden's embrace of Bibi Netanyahu was obscene, uncalled for, and unwise. He'll now spend the next 12 months wooing the young and non-white voters back, likely without success short a meaningful gesture. Ben Cohen has less to lose and less to offer; still, he might hone his 21st century outlook too.

Bibi is certainly no saint & his policies have much to be desired - but you should never misinterpret the ambitions of extremist Islam - we who have zero interest in converting to Islam are ALL in danger from that business, not just the Jews. The plan spelled out in 'the book' is to convert everybody to their faith OR all must either be servants or must die - this is the belief of Islamic extremists. The vast majority of ordinary folks who happen to have been born into Islam just live their lives in peace, but 'the book' explains what their "Lord" is commanding them to do & the extremists take that quite literally. Hence a need to be VERY careful who to make agreements with, as those folks cannot be trusted - as with their obvious ease in committing murder, the end results they are aiming for are justification for the means ! A very sad & very dangerous business ! There is NO similar belief or threat from the Jews or from ANY other religious belief system that I know of !
