It is of importance that, when Drumpf and the GOP are thoroughly humiliated in November, Republicans are not to be left off the hook for their slobbering support of this gross excuse of a human being. Moscow Mitch and crew will try to gaslight the American public in claiming that Drumpf was never a true Republican, and that they deserve and demand the benefit of doubt. No one should ever give those scumbags that, because we're holding the receipts of their shameful toadying and groveling!

“Why did McConnell do this? ... It’s astonishingly cynical, and not great for the long term health of the country.”

We’ve been saying it’s not just trump we need to get rid of, but McConnell is well. (And all the rest of their crew). But I’m surprise it took until just now for me to see it with such clarity, that Well Trump is certainly the driver for much of the problems he’s also in many ways just the flashy front man. The one who draws all the attention and fire while the TRUE menace stand a bit off to the side.

“ "We share in the frustration that our event will initially air alongside the first half of ABC’s broadcast with Vice President Biden,” Conde, who is the boss of Oppenheim and Griffin, said.”

Gee, if only they were someway that the person who is the boss of the people who decided to air it was able to tell them not to.

Condé statement to such obvious bullshit they must clearly be a Republican. It’s their trademark.

What’s the news host on my local NBC station said that they had gotten feedback from their viewers, had passed those along with the frustrations of their own staff onto network, but really could do nothing about it since it was a network decision. The response a bad back from the network with something like “Informing our viewers is more important to us than our own bottom line. But out of fairness, we feel it essential that we make both candidates available to the viewing public.“

The first center that is just another obvious and blatant lie. And the second, at best, is extremely disingenuous. If they really want to make both candidates available to all the viewers they wouldn’t air them in conflicting times forcing many people to make a choice of which one they can watch.

In terms of informing the public and providing them a chance to view the candidates, nothing, absolutely nothing, would’ve been lost and much gained by putting trump a night later. If there were some objection to hearing him on a Friday, then moving it back to Tuesday.
